Registration Shops & Establishment, under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shops & Establishment Act 2015

In pursuance of the provision under section 25 of the shops and establishment Act 2015, every establishment, other than one man shop, is required to be registered upon making an application on form-A. Registration Certificates are issued on form-C.
