ROL/LD/8-10/2018/1946-48:– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), (2), and (3) of Section 25 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Payment of Wages Act, 2013 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No. IX of 2013), and in supersession of West Pakistan Payment of Wages (Procedure) Rules, 1937 and the West Pakistan Payment of Wages Rules, 1960 in their application to the extent of Province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Government is pleased to make the following rules, a draft of which was previously published in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Gazette on 26-02-2018 in terms of sub-section (5) of Section 25 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act NO.
